Mr Ng Thin Teng

Thin Teng is the Director of H-K Resources Pte Ltd responsible for all Mechanical and Electrical Engineering aspects and Project Management activities.

With more than twenty years in high level management positions, Thin Teng brings extensive experience to H-K Resources and its drafting and documentation activities.

His roles have included Director General of Sime-OSC Vietnam from 1994 to 1997, Executive Director of Technochem Manufacturing Pte Ltd from 1992 to 1997, and Divisional Manager, General Manager & Executive Director of Mecomb Singapore Ltd from 1981 to 1997.

A Colombo Scholar at Queensland University, Thin Teng graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, before joining the Singapore Public Utilities Board in 1965. Over the next fifteen years until 1980, Thin Teng rose through the ranks from Power Station Superintendent, through Senior Mechanical Engineer to General Assistant Engineer.

With a history as a prolific contributor to topical engineering and energy conservation issues, Thin Teng is a qualified Professional Engineer in both Singapore and Malaysia and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Mr William Heng

William is the Managing Director of H-K Resources Pte Ltd, and an Advisory Board Member of Signature Development & Management Pte Ltd (SDM).

William's roles with H-K Resources Pte Ltd and its forebears span more than a decade and follow a prior decade working with the prestigious engineering firms Jurukon Chartered Engineers and Bylander Meinhardt Partnership.

A member of the Singapore Institute of Engineering Technologists and the Society of Engineers in the United Kingdom, William has a wealth of experience dealing with the complexity of the design, documentation and coordination processes associated with large property developments.

William works at the coal face with an eye for the finer details of project delivery and he has participated in teams on major projects with blue chip public and private sector organisations both in Singapore and internationally.

William's experience includes large and small commercial, retail, industrial and residential property developments, such as Ardmore Park (apartments), Baxter Healthcare (warehouse), Eastwood Park (low-rise residential), Jurong West Housing Estate, Nirwana Gardens Resort Bintan, Serangoon Gardens Country Club and Tiong Bahru Community Centre to name but a few.
